With two branches in Riga and Liepaja, the newly established EUROPART Latvia SIA will supply customers with commercial vehicle parts and workshop supplies from September onwards.
Hagen, 11.09.2014. EUROPART, Europe’s largest trading company for commercial vehicle parts and workshop supplies, has established a new national company in Latvia with two branches in Riga und Liepaja, thereby strengthening its presence in the Baltic market. EUROPART was previously represented in the Latvian market by a joint venture and already numbered among the three most well-known commercial vehicle spare parts dealers in the country. With its own newly founded company, EUROPART will offer its customers a broader range of EUROPART private brand products, improve customer service and thus expand the market position.
In addition to Latvia’s new country manager, Gints Silins (39), along with a team of experienced employees will now support the customers. EUROPART Latvia SIA’s head office is in Riga and has both a central warehouse and a sales outlet. This offers customers a broad selection of the most important parts, accessories and workshop supplies for trucks, buses and vans. A further branch is located in the port city of Liepaja in the western part of the country. In the middle term, EUROPART further plans to open at least three sales branches in Latvia and invest in professional employees. Country manager, Gint Silins: „The entire team of the the EUROPART national company is looking forward to supporting the independent commercial vehicle workshops, transport companies and bus companies in Latvia with competent advice together with reliable and rapid spare parts service.“
The new Latvian company draws its spare parts from both the German central warehouse in Werl and the Polish central warehouse from Eastern Europe in Wielun.
This ensures for frequently required product groups a rapid and nearby supply. This will especially apply to consumables and wearing parts from EUROPART’s own private brand, which represent a cost-effective and high-quality alternative to original spare parts,
EUROPART has exclusive rights to the sale of its EUROPART products and will also offer the entire product portfolio of EUROPART-brand products in Latvia.
The new company in Latvia is part of the EUROPART Eastern sales region, which represents EUROPART’s second-largest region after its home market. As the only Western European commercial vehicle parts dealer with a network of 65 branches in Eastern Europe, EUROPART is one of the region’s three most important companies.
