Uniform Corporate Identity Symbolises Successful Integration in Flash Group

Flash Premium Road Freight

Aspelt, 11th March 2014 As of today, the Flash Group, made up of the well established companies Flash Europe, Taxicolis (former subsidiary of La Poste and since 2008 a member of the Flash Group of Companies), V-one (acquired in February 2012) and Roberts Europe (acquired in May 2012), is now present in the market under its new brand name FLASH. The brand Biologistics, long established in the French market for pharmaceutical freight, will also be pursuing this strategy and is to be renamed FLASH. (www.flash-global.net).

Flash Europe currently has 490 employees and runs its own offices in 18 countries. With its logistics expertise in time-critical road freight, combined with its team experts for air freight and air charter solutions, Flash offers a one-stop service for all facets of time-sensitive freight.

Clarity in a complex market
„A uniform corporate design is the final step on our path to integration. We have grown together as a one company,“ explains CEO Philippe Higelin. „In the past 20 months we have created a uniform, streamlined organisational structure (38 offices in Europe, North Africa, Russia and Turkey) with a market-leading, high-performance IT and communications system across the entire Flash Group for all freight – no matter whether on the road or in the air.“
„We are continually geared to our customers“ needs, which makes focussing on one brand a logical step for us. This way we can offer our customers simplification in a highly complex market, says Philippe Higelin.
Simplification – a strategy that has proven highly successful. A TÜV Rheinland audit certified that the Flash Group operates an excellent Quality Management system on an international level. „And our customers also gave us top marks in the annual customer satisfaction survey carried out by the international specialist INTEGRON on our behalf,“ as Philippe Higelin points out. Out of 400 companies, Flash scored one the best results in customer satisfaction with 8.4 on a scale of 0-10, and was therefore nominated by the independent business consultancy for its „Customer Satisfaction Award“.
